What is the problem with Error code P4 on display?

When error code P4 appears on display panel of machine, it means that the water tank is full of water.

1, If this error happens in dry mode, please empty the water tank.

2, If this happens in AC mode, please follow the below steps to reslove it.

• Please turn on the machine as usual and listen for the sound of water being pumped.
• If yes, may the environmental humidity is too high, the moisture in the air will condense and flow back into the water tank. The amount of backflow exceeds the consumption, it will cause the water tank to be filled up and generate the P4 error code.  
• Or it could also be that the float in the water tank is stuck and unable to slide smoothly. Please remove the water tank and gently shake it to free the stuck float.

• If you have not hear the sound, may the internal water channel of the machine is blocked by scale or other deposits. We recommend performing a deep descaling and cleaning of the machine. For specific instructions, please refer to the relevant the operation video guide as below.
