A : ​No. This fan is designed for indoor use only. Avoid exposure to water, direct sunlight, or heat sources.

Q :  How do I clean the fan safely?​
A :  1.Unplug the fan before cleaning.

      2.Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.

      3.Use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove dust from vents.

      4.Do not submerge in water or wash internally.

Q :  What should I do if the power cord is damaged?​
A :  Stop using the fan immediately. Contact customer service for a professional replacement.

Q :  How do I adjust the fan speed?​
A :  Press the Gear Key to adjust the speed, the indicator lights in white show the selected speed.

Q :  How do I use the ambient light?​
A :  Press the Atmosphere Light Key to toggle between 100% brightness, 50% brightness, and off.

Q :  How do I charge the fan?​
A :  Use the included DC5V/2A adapter and USB cable. 

      Battery status is shown by red indicator lights:

      100%: All 4 lights green.

      75%: 3 lights green.

      50%: 2 lights green.

      25%: 1 light green.

Q :  What is the maximum tilt angle?​
A :  The fan can tilt upward by 45 degrees for adjustable airflow direction.

Assembly & Maintenance

Q :  How do I disassemble the fan for cleaning?
A :  Follow these steps (tools required: screwdriver):

1. Remove front net screws.
2. Rotate the front net clockwise to detach.
3. Remove the torsion ring sleeve (rotate left).
4. Pull out fan blades and fixing ring.
5. Detach the rear net.
6. Reverse steps for reassembly.

Q :  How do I attach/detach the support foot?
A ：1.​Attach: Align the support foot with the main body and rotate right.

       2.​Detach: Rotate left to remove.

Troubleshooting

Q :  The fan isn’t working. What should I check?

A ：1.Ensure the power plug is connected.

       2.Verify sufficient battery level (red indicators).

       3.Confirm the air vents are unblocked.

       4.Remove any packaging plastic still attached.

Q :  Why is the airflow weak?
A :  1.Clean dust from the front/rear nets.

       2.Ensure the fan is set to ③ (High)​ gear for maximum airflow.

Q :  The indicator lights aren’t showing battery level.
A :  After 10 seconds of inactivity, the display switches to battery status (red lights). Press any button to reactivate gear indicators.

A :  The fan comes with a 2-year guarantee. Keep your purchase receipt as proof.

A :  Damage from misuse, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repairs, commercial use, or liquid exposure.
