If your Manual Compact Espresso Machine will not power on, shows no lights, or does not respond when pressing the power button, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

In most cases, this is a simple setup or power issue — not a machine fault.

Check the Power Supply

• Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the wall socket
• Try another appliance in the same socket.
• Avoid extension leads where possible

Confirm the Power Button Is Pressed

• Press the On/Standby button firmly.
• Some models require a brief press rather than holding the button down.
• Check whether any indicator lights illuminate.

Ensure All Parts Are Correctly Seated

For safety reasons, some espresso machines will not power on if components are not fitted properly.

Please check:

• The water tank is fully inserted
