Q1：What are the requirements for using places?

1，Please keep the machine upright when moving it, and use it on a stable and level surface.

2，Do not use the machine in a room with open flames (such as lit gas appliances) or ignition sources (such as working electric heaters).

3，Ensure that there is sufficient space around the machine, and the machine should be away from walls, furniture or curtains at least 30cm.

Q2：How to connect the Wi-Fi ?

1，Press the "start" button for 3s to activate WIFI connection. The "WIFI" light flashes, indicating that The machine is waiting to be connected and matched.

2，Scan the QR code posted on the back of the machine with your smart phone and download the "Morphy Richards Smart" app.

3，Register and log into the app.

4，Go to “Home Page” and click “Add Device”.  Before adding the device, you need to turn on the WIFI function and Bluetooth function of your phone.

5，After adding the device, you can control the machine through the App by clicking the icons.

Q3：How to start shutdown timer?

1，After connecting the machine with power source and turning on the machine, no matter what mode is started, press the "Time/Light" button to activate the timer function.

2，Each press will increase the time by 10 minutes. After setting the time, wait for 3 seconds and the time on UI will flash, indicating that the time setting is successful.

3，If you want to cancel the timing, press the timing/light button and set the time to "00min" and waiting for 3s.

Q4：What is the problem when Error code P3 appears？

        How to solve it?

When error code P3 appears on display panel, it means that the current ambient temperature T < 16℃ or T > 40℃. 

Please check if your room temperature is lower than 16℃, or higher than 40℃, if yes, it is not suitable for using this machine. otherwise, please unplug the machine for 2 hours and then re-start it again.

Q5：What is the problem when Error code E8 appears? 

        How to solve it?

When error code E8 appears on display panel of machine, it means that the water tray is full of water. 

Please drain the water tray.

Q6：What is the problem when icon is light up (showing as the one in right side? 

        How to solve it?

Indicating that the machine runs for more than 250 hours.

In order to remind the user to clean the filter screen in time.

After cleaning, please press the dry button for 3 seconds to remove it.

Q7：What is the problem when icon  is light up (showing as the one in right side? 

        How to solve it?

Reminder water tank is short of water in air-conditioning mode.

1，Add water into water tank.

2，Float is stuck, causing wrong error code. It can be moved by using inertia with shaking the tank;  Or you can use vibration to make the water float move by tapping the water tank gently.
