Q : What are the key safety precautions for using this coffee maker?
A:  Read instructions before use.
    Never operate without water.
    Use only the correct voltage (check rating label).
    Keep cords unplugged and cool when cleaning.
    Supervise children during operation.
    Avoid immersing the appliance in water.
    Replace damaged parts immediately.

 

Q : Can I use this coffee maker outdoors?
A:  No. The appliance is designed for indoor use only.

 

Q : How many cups can it brew per cycle?
A:  Up to 10 cups, depending on water level you added.

 


Operation Guide

 

Q : How to start a brewing cycle?
A :1.Fill the water tank to the level you need.

     2.Assemble the funnel with a paper filter and add coffee grounds.

     3.Place the carafe on the warming plate.

     4.Plug in and press the power switch.

 

Q : Can I pause brewing to serve coffee?
A : Yes. Temporarily remove the carafe during brewing (max 30 seconds). Reattach to resume.

 

Q : Will the machine automatically turn off after brewing?
A:  Yes. It switches to warming mode and turns off after 1 hour (recommended to serve immediately).

 


Cleaning & Maintenance

 

Q : How often should I clean the coffee maker?
A : Clean detachable parts after each use. Descaling is recommended monthly or based on water hardness.

 

Q : How to descale the machine?
A :1.Mix water and descaler (4:1 ratio) or citric acid (100:3).

     2.Run the solution through the machine.

     3.Repeat steps 2-3 twice, then rinse with fresh water 3 times.

 

Q : Can I put the carafe on a stove?
A: No. Only use it on the warming plate.

 


Troubleshooting

 

Q : Why is my coffee maker not brewing?
A:  Check the below points

  1. Power supply.
  2. Water level in the tank.
  3. Proper assembly of funnel/filter.
  4. Coffee grounds not blocking the sprayer.

     

Q : Coffee is overflowing during brewing.
A:  Ensure the carafe is centered on the warming plate and not overfilled.
