Q :  Can children use this iron?

A :  Children aged 8+ may use it under supervision.

      Keep the iron and cord away from children under 8.

      Never leave the iron unattended while plugged in.

Q :  What should I do if the iron leaks or is damaged?

A :  Stop use immediately.

      Do not attempt repairs. Contact customer support.

General Usage

Q :  How do I fill the water tank?

A :  Unplug the iron.

      Set the variable steam switch to “O”.

      Fill the water tank below the max line.

Note: In hard water areas, use a 50% tap water and 50% distilled/demineralized water mix.

Q :  What fabrics can I steam iron?

A :  Use steam for fabrics (cotton, silk, nylon).

      Ensure the temperature dial is within the shaded steam range

      Avoid steam on delicate fabrics like nylon or acetate.

Q :  How do I use the steam boost function?

A :  Press the steam boost button (3) for stubborn creases.

      Use only when the temperature dial is within the steam range.

      Do not press more than three times consecutively.

Q :  What is the auto shut-off feature?

A :  The iron shuts off automatically if left horizontal for 1 minute or vertical for 8 minutes.

      The indicator light (4) flashes when activated. Gently move the iron to restart heating.

Maintenance

Q :  How do I perform the self-clean function?

A :  Half-fill the tank with water.

      Place the iron on its worktable.

      Set the steam switch to MAX and temperature dial to MAX.

      Wait until the temperature light turns off.

      Hold the iron over a sink, push the steam switch to the self-clean position, and move it until the tank empties.

Warning: Avoid contact with steam or hot water.

Q :  How should I store the iron?

A :  Unplug, empty the water tank, and set the steam switch to“O”.

      Store upright on its heel with the cord loosely wrapped.

Troubleshooting

Q :  Why is there water dripping from the soleplate?

A :  Ensure the temperature is set correctly (too low for steam causes dripping).

      Check the anti-drip system is functioning (loud clicks during heating/cooling are normal).

Q :  Why won’t the iron heat up?

A :  Check the power supply and plug connection.

      Verify the auto shut-off feature hasn’t activated (move the iron to restart).
